Full-Time Pediatrician opportunities with a growing group of community-based Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC’s) in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Pediatrician Opportunity Highlights:

• • *Non-Profit (FQHC) Community Clinic Near Phoenix, AZ (Surprise, AZ)

• • Competitive Guaranteed 2 Year Base Salary + Productivity-based Incentive (Minimum base salary starting at $200K)

• • Nurse Triage Line for initial after-hours call

• • Established group with experienced Providers & ample support staff (NP, PA’s, etc.)

• • Open to Experienced Physicians, and New grads!

Scheduling Highlights:

• • Monday-Friday: 4 days per week (10 hours) & No Weekends!

• • Staff 1 of 9 Outpatient Community Clinics

• • Shared Well-Newborn rounds (Location is 5 minutes from clinic)

• • Phone-Only coverage rotates 1:5 weeks (Minimal Volume – 1st to Nurse Triage)

• • Teaching/Faculty Opportunities available with 2 affiliated Medical Schools

Requirements of the Pediatrician:

• • Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
