Independent Pediatric Practice in The South East Bay – Great Schedule (3-4 days/week) and Minimal Call – Competitive Guaranteed Base Salary (Starting at $230K – 260K, DOE)

Exciting opportunity to join a cohesive group Pediatricians with a busy, well-respected practice in Fremont, CA. The group has continuing plans of growth, and is looking to add an energetic Pediatrician to their team and assist with the growing patient base by working 3-4 days/week. This position offers a friendly team of providers who are dedicated to providing their patients with the best quality of care. This position boasts a welcoming, experienced group of physicians looking for an outstanding Pediatrician to share their values and commitment to their patients. *Partnership Potential may be considered for interested candidates after 2 years of employment.*

Pediatrician Opportunity:

• Established & Growing Physician-Owned Private Practice
• Schedule will be 3-4 Days/Week
• Currently 8 Pediatricians (6 Partners, 2 Employed)
• Outpatient Clinical Services
• 24-hour Nurse Line Available for After-Hours Call
• Providers take weeknight call from home (~ 1 week every 2 months)
• No Hospital Call (~1 delivery/year for credentialing)
• 100% Private/Commercial Insurance Accepted
• Comfortable Scheduling & Available Patient Base
• Providers typically see 20 patients/day, with winters increasing to ~25 patients/day
• Well educated, culturally diverse population with beautiful scenery and endless activities

Requirements of the Pediatrician:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
