As a Pediatric Regional Medical Officer (RMO), you’ll lead a team of physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs), driving clinical excellence, quality, and safety across multiple offices in California. This is your opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with strategic leadership in a role that directly impacts patient care and team development.

 

Pediatric Regional Medical Officer Opportunity

  • Physician-led Organization – Nationwide Pediatric Urgent Care Group
  • Serve as the Clinical Leader for Your Region, Mentoring and Supervising Physicians and APPs
  • Build an Engaged, High-Performing Provider Team Through On-Site Presence, Coaching, and Personalized Feedback
  • Foster a Culture of Collaboration, Quality, and Continuous Learning
  • Lead Clinical Onboarding for New Hires, Ensuring They’re Set Up for Success
  • Oversee Clinical Performance, Safety Metrics, and Quality Initiatives for Your Offices
  • Maintain a Clinical Presence, with Weekly Patient Care Hours Adjusted Based on Leadership Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operational Leaders to Achieve Performance Targets and Deliver Outstanding Patient Experiences
  • Salary: $280,000 – $300,000 Depending on Experience and Certifications

Requirements of the Pediatric Regional Medical Officer

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Has Completed ACGME-Accredited Pediatric Residency Program
  • Has Completed Fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or Pediatric Urgent Care
  • Leadership Experience is Preferred, but Not Required
