Full-Time General Pediatrician Opportunity in Norwalk, Connecticut

• Permanent Full-Time Pediatrician Opening
• 100% Outpatient Opportunity, Very Minimal Phone Call Coverage (1:6 with Nurse Triage Support)
• No Nursery Rounds, Hospital Admittances, or Inpatient Call
• Lower Patient Volume: Up to 20 Patients Per Day on Average!
• Flexible 4-Day Work Week (9 am – 5 pm Schedule)
• No Late Evening Hours – Finish by 5PM!
• Supportive Team: 7 Providers on Staff
• Strong Mentorship and Training Provided by Medical Director
• Optional Opportunity to Assist with Teaching Physician Assistant Students; No APP Oversight Required 
• Guaranteed Starting Salary $170k-$200k (DOE) with Productivity Bonuses Starting Year 2
