Productivity Bonuses Up to $60K! / PTO + Paid Holidays / No Hospital Duties
Full-time or part-time, permanent General Pediatrician openings less than 20 minutes from Scranton and within 2.5 hours of both Philadelphia and New York City. In addition, enjoy productivity bonuses up to $60,000, PTO plus paid holidays, a fully outpatient setting with no hospital duties, and nurse triage support.
Permanent General Pediatrician Opportunity in Greater Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania
- Full-time: 4-day work week (32 hours)
- Part-time schedule is discussable
- 100% outpatient with no hospital duties (no rounding, C/D attendance, or inpatient call)
- Only 1:5 weekends (calls filtered by nurse triage)
- Typically only 2-3 calls per evening maximum
- Full-time salary (negotiable upon experience and hours): $190,000 – $220,000 + productivity bonuses up to $60,000
- Average daily patient volume: 20-26
- Supportive leadership
- Large Staff: Pediatricians, APPs, and behavioral health clinicians

Requirements of the General Pediatrician
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board certified/eligible
- Have/will complete pediatric residency
- Open to all levels of experience: 2027 grads to experienced pediatricians
- Unrestricted license (or ability to obtain) in Pennsylvania
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
