- No More than 20 Patients Per Day – 20-40 Minute Appointment Times
- 1 in 8 Phone Call Coverage
- No Hospital Rounding, Zero Hospital Call, No Nursery Rounding
- Guaranteed Salary (Negotiable)
- MA’s Available to Assist Providers – Provide Vaccinations, Collect Patient History, etc.

Requirements of the Pediatric APP (NP or PA)
- ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certification
- Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) (Preference in Primary Care Pediatrics)
- Graduate of an Accredited Physician Assistant Program
- 1 Year of Post-Graduated Experience in Pediatric Primary Care Required (not just a rotation)
