Now Hiring! Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Director opportunity in Athens, Ohio. Lead a team of three Pediatric Hospitalists while providing newborn nursery care and pediatric consultations in a collaborative hospital-based setting. This permanent opportunity offers approximately seven shifts per month, a round-and-go model, and 24/7 on-call coverage with call from home.

Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Director Opportunity in Athens, Ohio

• Permanent Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Director Position
• Lead a Team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists
• Approximately 7 Shifts per Month
• 24/7 On-Call Coverage Using a Round-and-Go Model
• Call from Home
• Newborn Nursery Care with NICU Support from Neonatologists
• Perform Newborn Circumcisions
• Provide Pediatric Consultations to the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with Pediatric Hospitalists and Neonatologists

Requirements of the Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Director

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified in Pediatrics – Required
• Ohio Medical License or Willingness to Obtain Ohio Licensure
• Previous Post-Residency Experience Required
• Previous Leadership Experience Preferred
• DEA Registration Required Before Start
