Growing Physician-Owned Practice – Outpatient Only – 4 Weeks PTO – Productivity Bonus!
Opportunity for a Pediatrician to join a physician-owned, outpatient practice in Denver, CO. This position offers the opportunity to join a group of two providers with continuous plans of growth throughout the community. This position offers flexible scheduling, and is open to Full-Time, or Part-Time physicians. The ideal candidate must have a passion for high-quality care and excel at teamwork, communication, and flexibility.
Physician Opportunity:
- Pediatric Outpatient Clinic Services Only (Well/Sick Visits, Physicals)
- No Hospital Rounding
- Group Practice – 2 Physicians
- After Hours Nurse Triage Line Available
- Call is Split Equally with Other Physicians. Structure: Involves Monitoring/Responding to Patient Portal Text Messages and Photos or Taking Urgent Patient Calls.
- 16-20 Patients Per Day
- 24-32 Clinic Hours Per Week
- EMR: Epic
Benefits:
- Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
- 4 Weeks PTO
- Malpractice (Occurrence Based)
- CME: Up to 1 Week and $1,000 Per Year
- Negotiable for Sign-on Bonus and Relocation
- Open to 2024 Graduates & Experienced Physicians!
Requirements of the Pediatrician:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Have/will complete Pediatric Residency
