• Shared Phone Call Coverage with Nurse Triage Line for After Hours Calls
• No Evening Hours
• Comfortable Patient Volume: >25 Patients Per Day on Average
• Guaranteed Salary: Ranging from $120,000-$135,000+, based on experience

Requirements of the Pediatric APP

• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certification
• Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) (Preference in Primary Care Pediatrics)
• Graduate of an Accredited Physician Assistant Program
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)
• 1 Year of Post-Graduate APP Clinical Experience in Pediatrics Required
