- Full-Time, Permanent Pediatrician Role
- Flexible Schedule: 4-day work week option – End by 5pm!
- Equally Shared Call — Only 1 in 7 weeks (~7 weeks/year) with 2 APPs Per Physician
- Guaranteed Full-Time Salary Model: $200,000-$220,000 (Negotiable with Potential for Incentive Bonus)
- Partnership Track
- Collaborative Team: Work Alongside Psychologists, Therapists, and Pediatric Subspecialists
- Well-Established Practice: 20+ Years in the Community with Experienced Providers
- Modern Systems: Medent EMR and AI-Assisted Note-Taking System. Separate Admin Time Provided (Work-Life Balance)
- On-Site Testing: CLIA-Waived Labs, EKGs, and Pulmonary Function Testing

Requirements of the Pediatrician
