A well-established children’s hospital in Las Vegas is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician to join its physician-led team in a high-volume pediatric emergency department with approximately 55,000 annual visits. This permanent opportunity offers a diverse mix of patient acuity and pathology, strong multidisciplinary support, and opportunities to participate in resident education and fellow training.
Work alongside experienced pediatric subspecialists and a dedicated support team while providing high-quality emergency care in a collaborative environment.
Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician Position
- Permanent, full-time position
- Provide high-quality emergency care to pediatric patients in a high-volume setting with approximately 55,000 annual visits
- Collaborate with subspecialty teams, including PICU, CVICU, NICU, and pediatric hospitalists, to manage complex cases
- Work alongside dedicated child life specialists and pediatric social workers with an established ER presence
- Participate in bedside teaching and supervision of Pediatric, Emergency Medicine, and Family Practice residents across six training programs
- Opportunity to participate in training and didactic sessions for Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellows
- Full scribe coverage to support patient care and minimize documentation responsibilities

Requirements of the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician
- M.D. or D.O.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine (Board Eligibility must be within 5 years of residency)
- Completion of a U.S.-Accredited Pediatric Residency
- Fellowship trained in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
- Nevada Medical License or eligibility to obtain
- Clean malpractice and medical license history highly preferred
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the immediate Las Vegas area
- No visa sponsorship
