A well-established healthcare organization in Marshfield, Wisconsin is seeking a BC/BE, fellowship-trained Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join a collaborative team of experienced physicians and dedicated support staff. In this role, physicians can expect a balanced practice consisting of approximately 90% outpatient clinic and 10% procedural care, high earning potential with RVUs and incentives, while also having opportunities to provide outreach services at affiliated locations.
Pediatric Gastroenterologist Opportunity in Marshfield, Wisconsin:
- Permanent, Full-Time Role
- Handle Various Cases Including Urgent Situations Such as Foreign Body Ingestions (Typically Nights and Weekends)
- 90% Outpatient / 10% Surgical
- Call is 1:3
- Open to H-1B Visa Candidates and 2028 J-1 Candidates
- Personal Office Space, 2 Exam Rooms, Several Infusion Rooms Available for RN Use
- Work with a collaborative team of experienced physicians and dedicated support staff

Full-Time Comprehensive Benefits for the Pediatric Gastroenterologist:
- Annual Compensation of $340,000 for the First Two Years + Additional Earning Potential Through Personally Performed wRVUs
- $100,000 Retention Incentive Available for Physicians Who Remain Employed at a 1.0 FTE Status for 4 Years

Requirements of the Pediatric Gastroenterologist:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Has Completed a Certified Pediatric GME Residency
- Completion of, or Active Enrollment in, an Accredited Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship Program
- Current Fellows and Experienced Pediatric Gastroenterologists Encouraged to Apply!
