Full-time or part-time pediatrician needed for large practice with offices in Bay Shore and Commack, NY (must be comfortable rotating between the two offices)

 

Looking for General Pediatrician to join a thriving private practice in Bay Shore, NY! Full-time permanent role with APPs & MAs for support and teaching or mentorship opportunity to work with third-year medical students including a ~$11k teaching stipend. Competitive pay, flexible hours, & loan forgiveness. Each day will be different!

 

General Pediatrician Opportunity in Bay Shore, New York:

  • Full-Time (Permanent) Opportunity: Scheduling Options Available
  • Primarily Outpatient with Full-Time Partnership Potential
  • Large Independent and Physician-Owned Group Practice with Close-Knit Culture: Pediatricians, APPs, & MAs on staff
  • 1 MA or APP Per Physician
  • Includes Teaching Opportunity with Third Year Medical Student Mentorship Program
    • ~$11,000 / Year Additional Pay
  • Supplemental Pay for any Additional Hours at Approximately $108/Hour
  • New Grads to Early Career Pediatricians: $203K (Negotiable Upon Experience)
  • Experienced Pediatricians Starting Salary Range: Approximately $215K or Higher (Negotiable Upon Experience)
  • Work-Life Balance: Outpatient with Minimal Call (Rotate with Several Other Pediatricians) – No ER/Inpatient Call or Delivery Attendance
  • Fully Computerized Offices – Technology Forward
  • Open to All Levels of Experience: 2027 New Grads to Experienced Pediatricians
