Join a private group with part-time/full-time benefits, production-based bonuses, and a light 1:7 weekend rotation (urgent visits only). Start with a 3-day workweek for added work-life balance and family time, with a transition to a 4-day full-time schedule as your patient panel grows.

Position Highlights for General Pediatrician Near Wellesley, MA

• Permanent, Part-Time Pediatrician Role
• Work Life Balance – Part-time, 3 days/week (Tuesday–Thursday), 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Only 1:7 Weekends On Call for Urgent Visits (9AM to 12PM)
  • Night Triage Active from 10PM to 6 AM on Weeknights and Weekends!
• Starting Part-Time Salary: $200,000 with a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (DOE, with a raise if open to transition to full-time in 1-2 years)
  • Productivity Bonuses: Eligible at Start of Year 2, Based on 30% of Total Earnings
  • Compensation Review: Percentage Reassessed at End of Year 3 with Potential Increase

Requirements of the General Pediatrician

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Have/Will Complete Pediatric Residency
