This growing practice offers a highly desirable 4-day work week, excellent support staff, partnership-track opportunities, and minimal newborn nursery rounding just every 6 weeks. Full-Time General Pediatrician Position in Toms River, New Jersey

• Full-time, permanent position
• 4-day work week
• Guaranteed salary up to $225,000, negotiable upon experience
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Partnership track available (optional)
• Well-established pediatric practice founded almost 30 years ago
• Strong physician support with a 4:1 support staff-to-provider ratio
• Outpatient pediatrics with newborn nursery rounding only (1:6 weeks)
  • No delivery attendance, C-sections, or circumcision responsibilities
  • Low-volume call schedule shared among multiple pediatricians
• Weekend call rotation only every 4-5 weekends (1x/month)
• Established patient base and continued practice growth
• Open to all levels of experience from 2027 new grads to experienced pediatricians

Requirements of the General Pediatrician

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible (or with plans to take exams soon within the next 2 years)
• Will/have completed pediatric residency program (2027 new grads to experienced pediatric physicians)
• Will/have active New Jersey medical license (no license restrictions)
• Seeking a long-term opportunity (not just for 2-3 years)
