My Focus:
As a Pediatric Subspecialist Recruiter, I specialize in recruiting pediatric physicians and APPs across all pediatric subspecialties for permanent positions in private practices, hospitals, academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, rural clinics, and other healthcare settings nationwide. Through ETS Pediatric, I have access to opportunities with medical groups that often aren’t advertised on traditional job boards.

My Background:
I am originally from Boston, MA, but have lived most of my life in Fairfax, VA. After graduating in 2018 with a B.S. majoring in Psychology and minoring in Business, I married my college sweetheart and moved to Williamsburg where I recruited BCBAs. We moved almost a year later in 2022 to Roanoke where I joined ETS as a Recruiter Support Associate.
Having worked with a demographic that mostly works with children, I am excited to use my previous experience to help the Pediatric community and introduce hiring authorities with quality candidates.
About Me:
I have performed color guard in high school and college, danced in UMW’s ASA K-pop group, and played several instruments in band, orchestra, and performed in choir. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband, playing with my dog, and traveling to places with Instagram-quality food.
